BEDTIME STORIES
If you are looking for some good bedtime reads for the kiddos, here are a few that we have been enjoying over here!
Emma (age 5)
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone: The Illustrated Edition
by J.K. Rowling and illustrated by Jim Kay
If you have any Harry Potter fans around then this book is a must! It's beautiful illustrations are the perfect compliment to the beloved, imaginative, and magical story that is Harry Potter.
Lukas (age 2)
by Brendan Wenzel
Luke has been loving this book! He enjoys describing all the illustrations in detail. Each encounter with the cat presents a different emotion and allows us to observe and really think about how perspective shapes what we see. A fun read, ideal for ages 2-5!
by Steve Light
This has been a favorite of ours for quite a while but it recently made its way into the rotation again. Kids will love this counting book as they follow the dragon through his adventures in New York City. The illustrations are fun, bold, and black and white with pops of color. There is so much detail in each page, it's a great book to get lost in!
Happy Reading!
