Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once the order has shipped, the customer will be sent a confirmation email and tracking number. We offer a standard shipping flat rate of $7 for domestic orders. If you would like expedited shipping, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to help.
Natti Natti ships to select countries. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 for international shipping. Once the order has shipped, the customer will be sent a confirmation email with shipping information. Orders will be shipped via USPS and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages or delays that may happen due to customs. Customer assumes all responsibility for duties, taxes, and/or custom fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Natti Natti offers a 10 day (after receipt) return policy for all orders within the United States. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please notify us at email@example.com within 4 days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags attached. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item was damaged before or during delivery. We are not responsible for lost items in transit; therefore, we suggest you use a delivery service with a tracking number. Once we receive and inspect your items we will issue a refund or process the exchange. A confirmation email will be sent. After 10 days all purchases become final. All international sales are final.
